smooth process helpful staff clean room
The check-in process was really smooth. the staff was professional and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near public transport. Access to the city center is quick. the room was very clean and well kept.
the room felt slightly compact for a longer stay.

the hotel is just by the tram. a daily ticket cost £5 for trams and buses. my room had a comfy bed. the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean .
The breakfast cereal choice was a little limited. There were only two types available.

this hotel has a handy tram stop nearby and a supermarket too. the hotel offers continental breakfast, included in the price, it is a simple buffet with acceptable quality. reception operates around the clock.

decent stay near transport links
tram service convenient retail park nearby easy transport location cramped room space missing fan toilet limited space room
the location is fantastic! i found the proximity to the tram service useful. it meant getting into the city was really quick. plus, a morrisons and a retail park are just a short walk away, i tell you!!!
the room felt a bit cramped, especially with three people. having three beds was nice, and the cot for the baby was appreciated. however, there wasn't much space to move around or enjoy the room, i'm serious!!! also, i noticed there wasn't a fan in the toilet.
